Shop and dwelling, now part of the Talbot Hotel (qv). Earlier
C19, altered C20. C20 brick to ground floor; painted brick
over; hipped Welsh slate roof.
3 storeys; 2-window range: altered 8/8 sashes, under gauged
brick flat arches; 4/8 sashes under gauged brick flat arches;
brick modillion eaves. Four C20 round-headed lights in
semicircular arches under rendered storey band. Curved return
to left, with margin-glazed bow-window and clerestory light,
under returned band. Left returned side: 2 tiers of 8/8 and
4/8 sashes under gauged brick flat arches; returned band and
eaves detail; three C20 lights in C20 brickwork. No.3: C20
brickwork to ground floor, with roughcast to parapet; late C19
2/2 sash over two C20 round-headed lights.
INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
