Shop and dwelling. C17, with C20 alterations. Stucco;
steep-pitched plain tile roof with gable to street; C20
restored brick lateral stack to right. 3 storeys;
single-window range: C20 3-light casement in moulded case; C20
2-light casement in moulded case. Early C20 shop front, with
recessed door to left, and canted plate-glass window;
fascia-board and moulded hood with enriched stop-consoles on
grooved pilasters. Right returned side: roughcast.
