Includes: No.1 HALEY'S YARD Bramley.
House and shop with boundary wall. Late C18 house with mid C19
alterations and wall. House: coursed squared gritstone,
shallow courses, stone slate roof with coped gable ends. Stone
modillion eaves brackets. 2 storeys, 3 windows, plain stone
architraves and sills, 4-pane sashes. Central glazed door with
overlight, large segmental stone pediment on large console
brackets. Added bay in same style on left. Moulded end stacks.
Right return: shop window right, 2 sashes to 1st floor, band
at eaves level, rusticated round-arch attic window. Rear: tall
round-headed stair window with keyblock.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: boundary wall on roadside: approx 40m
long and 1.5m high, hammer-dressed gritstone, rounded coping,
gate piers centre and similar at each end: square, with band
and pointed capstone.
