laid to diminishing courses, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2
bays. 4-panel door in stone surround to right of centre
(direct entry plan); 2-light windows with narrow central
flat-faced mullion, plain stone surrounds, C20 frames. End
stacks: brick left, rendered right.
