House. c1840, altered C20. Coursed stone, stone slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Semi-detached plan with No.32 (qv) right.
Central door with overlight in ashlar surround of pilasters,
entablature and cornice with blocking piece. Plate-glass
sashes in plain stone surrounds, first-floor sill band. Gable
coping, end stacks.
