House, now offices. 1810-15. By John and George Bischoff.
Rendered, slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 6-panel door right,
fanlight with radial glazing bars, surround replaced. 16-pane
replacement sashes, stone sills, wedge lintels. Gutter
brackets, stack straddles ridge left.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The square was begun in 1806 with 2 houses on the NW side;
this side was the second stage, with 9 smaller houses built
1810-1815.
