House, now shop. c1840, probably with earlier origins; C20
alteration. Painted render and plaster, with timber guttering
on paired block brackets to steeply pitched slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey 2-window front. Shopfront has glazed double
doors between plate glass windows. First and second floor
windows are 12-pane sashes, taller on first floor, with
painted sills and keyed wedge lintels.
INTERIOR: not inspected. RCHM records C15 timbers remaining
internally.
