House. Early C19 and earlier. Timber-framed and rendered with
low-pitched Welsh slate roof to front roof slope and steeper
plain tile roof to rear; stack on party wall with No.13 (qv).
Roof continuous with Nos 7 & 9 (qv).
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; one-window range. Front has a 16-pane
sash window with moulded surround and doorcase with flat hood
on consoles and moulded architrave, door has 2 glazed panels
over 2 raised-and-fielded panels and 2 flush panels at base.
C18 rear extension of one storey and attic with plain tile
roof half-hipped to rear with rendered walls and C20 two-light
casement in south-west elevation.
INTERIOR: front range has exposed spine beam, chamfered with
lambs-tongue stops. Framing, probably of C18, in rear
extension. North-western flank wall has framing of No.13
exposed to front rooms, indicating former cross-wing, with
close-stud work and remnants of jetty.
