2 houses with shops. c1841, with later alteration, including
C20 shopfront. Painted brick in Flemish bond, with timber
eaves cornice, brick stack and slate roof; rear rendered with
timber verandah.
EXTERIOR: 4-storey 3-window front. All windows are 8-pane
sashes, those on first and second floors with painted stone
sills, and on third floor with moulded sill band. First floor
windows have flat arches, those on second and third slightly
cambered arches. Polygonal rainwater head and fall pipe on
fleur-de-lys clamps to left. Rear: cantilevered verandah added
to first floor of rear wing with casement windows and valanced
eaves.
INTERIOR: upper lights of verandah windows contain stained
glass panels.
