House, now offices. Early/mid C19. Unpainted C20 render, slate
roof with brick stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. 8/8-pane sash
windows. A wide semi-elliptical arched recess with
vermiculated Coadestone voussoirs and headmask to the centre
has C20 carved set-back double doors to the centre.
INTERIOR: not inspected but noted as having
semicircular-arched alcoves to ground-floor rooms, 6-panel
doors, cornices and panelled shutters.
