House with shop. 1836-39, with later C19 alteration and C20
shopfront. Painted and rough-cast, with moulded timber eaves
cornice; slate roof with brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 4-storey, 2-window front. 12-pane sashes in raised
surrounds on first and second floors, and unequal 9-pane sash
in architrave on third floor: second and third floor windows
have painted sills. Octagonal bowl rainwater head at left end
of eaves cornice.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
