House, now shop. Early C18 with C19 rear wing and C20
shopfront. Stucco incised to resemble ashlar with timber
shopfront; heavily coved plaster cornice to pantile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; 2-window front. On first floor
windows are 12-pane sashes with painted stone sills; attic
window is gabled dormer with 2x4-pane sliding sash.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
House was one of a pair, the other one of which is
incorporated in No.23 (qv).
