GV II

House. c1840 with later C19 alterations. Brick with pantiled
roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and one bay. The windows are sashed. The
ground-floor window has external panelled shutters and the 1st
floor window is a canted oriel with a panelled base and a
modillion cornice. The doorway, at the left, has a Tuscan
pilaster doorcase and a 6-panel door with overlight. Shared
chimney at right.
