Late C19 rebuilding of C18 house. 3 storeys red brick with brick string courses.
2 sashes 2nd floor 2 outer ones 1st floor with central canted wood bay window
- 2 round headed windows and doorway on ground floor. Included for group value
as in scale and general design it relates reasonably to the others.

Nos 1 to 7 (consec) Palace Hill Terrace with the Steps, Rails and Terrace proper
form a good group.
