Circa 1830-40 house. 2 storeys stucco faced. Low pitch hipped slate roof.
Symmetrical front of 2 wide segmental bows (tripartite sashes each floor) flanking
central bay, flat moulded cornice carried across whole. Ground floor has central
portico of 4 fluted Greek Doric columns supporting entablature which is carried
across bows with pilasters between lights, the cornice forming sill course
of 1st floor windows which have architrave surrounds to lights. 1st floor
central marginal glazed French window, otherwise glazing bar sashes. Central
door of 4 moulded panels with 2 pane rectangular fanlight. Flanking one storey
screen panels to house with cornice and scroll ornament flanking balustrade
over centre of each, one glazed the other panelled.
