Circa 1830-40, part of altered terrace. 2 storeys and basement painted brick.
Low pitch gable end slate roof. 2 bay front with window over entrance and
segmental bow through basement and 2 storeys with moulded flat eaves cornice
carried across. Tripartite sashes to bow with flat stucco arches, glazing
bars intact. Door of 6 moulded panels, rectangular fanlight. Doorcase of
Greek Doric columns, deep entablature with projecting moulded cornice. Steps
up to door with iron rails.
