Early C19 refronting of C16/C17 building with timber frame. 4 storeys red
brick carried up tp parapet with moulded band dentil cornice under 3rd floor
windows. Old tile roof. 2 tripartite flush moulded framed sashes to upper
floors. Modern shop fronts ground floor. Earlier structure behind and Jacobean
staircase from lst floor up.

Nos 5 to 21 (consec) form a group.
