Mid to later C18 with some alterations. 3 storeys stucco faced with rusticated
chamfered quoins Steep pitch gable end slate roof, deep moulded eaves cornice.
Moulded band over 1st floor. 4 windows to upper floors, slightly recessed framed
sashes, no glazing bars. Modern shop on ground floor. Gable end side to west
has 1st floor canted C19 bay window with projecting cornice. Chamfered quoins to
right hand on ground floor. Inside, the 1st floor front room has fielded panelling
with dado rail, moulded cornice.
