House, early C19, extended 1841, red brick with slate roof, half-
hipped to north, hipped over south addition. Two ridge stacks.
Two storeys, 5 window range. Ashlar band, flush quoins and
keystones to gauged brick window heads. Original building was 4-
window range, probably two cottages, with 2-window range of 16-pane
sashes between doors with 12-pane sashes over. Right door has
been replaced by 12-pane sash and first floor left window has 16-
pane fixed light. Matching one-window addition to right has 16-
pane sash above and 4-pane sash below. Right end wall is dated
H.S.O. 1841, for H.S. Olivier and has 2 similar 4-pane upper
windows and ground floor trellis verandah.
