Detached house. C18. Ham stone ashlar facade, sides and rear of local lias stone rubble; plain clay tiles over stone
slate base courses between stepped coped gables; rendered brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows in
plain openings; 20-pane below and 16-pane above, with semi-circular dormer window in mid-roof, centre bay: to lower bay
2 a 6-panel door with glazed toplights in stone surrounds having Doric pilasters, plain entablature and pediment. C20
extensions to rear, Interior not seen.
