Originally two cottages, now in one ownership. Late C18 to early C19. Ground floor of sandstone and ironstone rubble with red brick dressings, first floor tile-hung. Tiled roof with central chimney. Two storeys; four windows. Wooden casements with leaded lights and some pintle hinges. One plank door and one C20 door. Ground floor windows and doors have cambered heads. Interior has central brick chimney, exposed floor joists, partition wall with diagonal braces, plank doors with iron hinges and first-floor fireplace with mid-C19 basket grate. C20 staircase and some renewed beams.
