House. Early-mid C18. Brick with brick cross-axial stack and
hipped concrete tiled roof.
PLAN: double-depth.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window range. The doorway in No.17 (qv)
has consoles to a pediment, rectangular overlight with radial
fanlight and door with 8 raised panels; segmental-arched
6/6-pane and second-floor 8/8-pane sashes in flush frames.
Paired brackets to overhanging eaves.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORY: part of a good terrace of varied houses built between
1705 and 1756 (qqv).
