House, now retirement home. Late C18. Rendered brick, brick
stacks behind the ridge, roof not visible.
PLAN: double-depth.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and basement; 2-bay range. Parapeted front
has a plat band, off-centre doorway has a mid C20 plain
surround with an overlight, pediment and glazed door;
full-height canted bays have sunken panels beneath flat
cornices with modillions, 8/8-pane central and 4/4-pane
flanking sashes. The left-hand return has a 2-storey canted
bay with modillions.
INTERIOR: has a central through hall with a right-hand axial
stair flight with curtail stick balusters and swept rail,
6-panel doors and panelled shutters.
