Mill manager's house, now house. Early C19. Dressed stone
with graduated stone slate roof. 3-bay central-staircase
plan with 2 storeys (plus basement and attic). Central
doorway with etched glass overlight and rusticated surround.
2 ground floor and 3 first floor sash windows all with
rusticated surrounds and first floor sill band. Overhanging
eaves with bold square stone brackets. 2 ridge chimney
stacks. Pointed arch attic light to each gable.
