Early C19. 2 storeys in coursed stone with pantile roof with 4 brick stacks.
3 stone coped verges. Rusticated quoins to Rycea. 2 windows, stone lintels.
Ground floor has late C19 bay window under tiled pentice and gabled doorway and
1 window. Rycea Cottage has 3 windows to 1st floor with stone lintels and 2 to
ground floor and door of 6 panels under narrow rectangular fanlight and stone
lintel. Modern work to rear. Left-hand section to Rycea has 1 window above
garage door, and stable door in penticed extension, wood lintels.
