GV II
House. Late C18-early C19. Mottled pink brick in irregular Flemish bond;
pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Central stair-hall entry plan. Central door
of 6 raised and fielded panels, with 5-pane overlight, in wooden frame. Windows
are 12-pane side-sliding sashes in wooden frames, those on ground floor with
wedge lintels. lst-floor band of 3 stepped course. Tabled dentilled eaves.
Tabled end stacks. Rear: added lean-to outshut with board door; small side-
sliding casements flanking small central casement. Interior: roof has collared
queen-strut trusses and staggered butt purlins.
