with kneelers. 2 windows to both storeys. lst floor now rough-rendered and
with applied fake half-timbering. Ground floor in coursed stone. Plinth. Flat
carriage archway to the right below 1 window with hung sashes and lintel in section
of coursed stone with pantile roof. Remains of crucks.

No 1, Premises occupied by York County Savings Bank, Nos 2 and 3, White Swan Hotel
and outbuildings, Nos 4 to 7 (consec) form a group with The Bay Horse Public House,
Nos 9 to 11 (consec) and No 14 of which Nos 1, 9 and 14 are of local interest.
