C18 or early C19. 2 storeys in coursed stone with modern tile roof. Part with
cavetto moulded eaves cornice. 1 occupancy has 2 modern casement windows above
modern shop front, the other has 2 windows to each storey with stone lintels,
no glazing bars. Modern door under lintel, rectangular fanlight. Included as
part of a group.

Nos 29 to 31 (consec) Pickering United Reformed Church, Railings and gates in
courtyard Nos 33 to 47 (consec) and Nos 49 to 52 (consec) form a group.
