Public house. Late C18 - early C19 with later alteration and extension.
Whitewashed stone with black painted plinth and quoins; coursed sandstone
porch; pantile roof; rebuilt stacks. Central stairhall plan, 2 rooms deep;
porch to front added. 2-storey, 3-window front. C20 stable door in
projecting, gabled porch to centre. 12-pane sashes throughout with painted
sills and wedge lintels. Right gable wall: round-headed radial glazed
window to first floor beneath painted arch. End stacks.
