Early C19. Three storeys in ashlar. Slate roof. Chamfered rusticated
quoins. Moulded stone cornice. Three windows in moulded stone frames,
hung sashes with glazing bars. Recessed central door with Tuscan columns,
plain frieze and cornice. Traceried rectangular fanlight. See also No
1 Flints Yard.
