Hydestile Farm
House

GV II

Barn. Cl7, possibly earlier. Timber framed on sandstone and brick plinth with
weatherboard cladding and plain tiled roof, hipped with gablet to right. At
right angles to street. Four framed bays with opposing double waggon doors,
formerly to centre. Staggered butt purlin roof with Queen-post and Queen-Strut
trusses. Re-roofed with some windbracing to left. Pentice hood and corrugated
asbestos extension to one side.
