Faces south. Early C19; possibly older core. 2 storeys. 4 bays. Slate roof with half hip to Well Lane; ashlar stacks with capping. Rough asl1lar front. 2-light casement windows with keystones in bay at right hand end which has French Casement above and small shop front below low pentice J behind facing onto lane leading to The Bartons. Wall curves on North-east corner.
