House. C17 or earlier with later and C19 alterations. Timber-framed, the weather-
boarding at the front has recently been removed; right hand (north west) end is
flemish bond brick with weatherboarded gable above. Steeply pitched thatched
roof, half-hipped at left end and gabled right hand end abutting No 110. Brick
axial end gable end stack.
Plain: Interior not inspected - probably a 3-room plan originally, the centre
and right hand room heated from axial and gable end stacks respectively. The left
hand room was probably originally unheated.
Exterior: 1 storey and attic. Asymmetrical 3-window front. 16-pane sash to right,
12-pane horizontally sliding sash at centre and left hand window obscured by shutters
2 plank doors, one to right and other to left of centre. 2 small dormers high
up in roof each with very small horizontally sliding sash with glazing bars and
section of roof below each dormer is clad in slate. Small 6-pane casement in left
hand end wall. Rear elevation not inspected.
