Early-mid C19. Two-storey Italianite villa with campanile. Two-storey brick
extensions connecting with range of shops facing Richmond Road containing remains
of possible stable range.
Stone, slate roof, 2-storeys, 4-bays wide. Left-hand pier both square headed moulded
windows. Tower to third bay set forward, with battered base, balcony, bellcote and
consoled eaves. To right of tower 2 bays with moulded windows and balcony. Main
entrance a round headed, rusticated door in side of tower. Return to right with
2-storey balconeyed bar window.
Prominent bracketed eaves. Recently restored.
