5/2 Holly Tree Farmhouse

Cottage, late C18 or early C19, ironstone rubble with thatched
half-hipped roof and rebuilt rear-wall stack. Two storeys, double-
fronted with casement pairs above and shallow 1-3-1-light canted
bays with timber leaded windows each side of C20 door, fishscale
tiled lean-to roof carried over door and bays. Casement end-wall
windows. Long rear wing, partly early to mid C19, partly C20,
thatcher.
