House. Early C19. Rendered, ashlar quoins, hipped slate roof, wide bracketed eaves, end rendered stacks. Symmetrical
frontage. Two storeys, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows, reeded architraves, stepped voussoirs. Central door opening in a
segmental headed recess, 6-panelled door, top 4 panels glazed, fanlight with radiating glazing bars; stone portico,
flat entablature with paterae, moulded cornice on 2 Tuscan columns, similar pilasters to wall. Single storey outshut
set back to right, 2-light casement with decorative gothick glazing bars. Interior with many co-eval features, Rubble
garden wall to left, plain coping, 2 pointed arch door openings, plank doors, further pointed arch gateway,
wrought-iron gate; at the East end a small brick garden room with a segmental triple Roman tile roof,
