in the churchyard between 19 and
22m north of Church of St Mary
the Virgin

Two chest tombs. Late C18. Limestone. Tombs of similar design,
two shield-shaped fielded panels, Mitchell tomb has fielded and
fluted pilasters, Ball tomb has foliage-carved pilasters, both with
moulded flat tops. Inscription on Mitchell tomb partly illegible.
Inscription on Ball tomb to George Ball died 1778.
