Early C19 narrow fronted house on corner of lane leading to The Ark qv.
3 storeys rendered painted. Projecting plinth. Low pitch hipped slate
roof, eaves band. 1 window to each floor, recessed, sash, glazing bars
intact, cambered heads, block sills. 2 cellar grilles. Entrance on south
side to lane. 1 window 1st floor, glazing bars intact. Modern door. Tent
hood on iron brackets. Late C19 single storey extension, painted brick,
to west.

Nos 31 to 42 (consec) form a group.
