House and adjoining outbuilding. Probably C18. Stone rubble with granite quoins.
Slate roof with gable ends and at least one early crested ridge tile. Stone rubble
end stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan with entrance slightly to right of centre. Larger
principal room on front left was possibly once a shop. Lean-to outshut on right hand
end.
Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical two window front. C19 door with slate
hood to right of centre. C19 16-pane sash with dressed stone arch to right. Probably
late C19. Canted bay window, possibly for former shop and 1-light window to left.
Two C19 16-pane sashes on first floor. Small C19 outbuilding of stone rubble
adjoining on right hand end.
Interior: not inspected.
