Chest tomb. Late C18. Sandstone. Flat top to chamfered edge, square quarter
balusters and plain panels, base sunk and the monument leaning at time of survey,
November 1983. A date 1799 discernible. One of a pair of unidentified monuments
in this location, of which this is the most southerly, lying c 2.5 metres north
of the Edward Dorrington monument (qv).
