House and attached outbuilding. 1732 built for I K (datestone). Stone rubble,
partly slate hung with rag slates on rear. Slate roof with end stacks, the right
hand stack projecting and with cloam oven.
Plan: Two room and cross passage plan, the larger hall kitchen on right heated by an
end stack with probably parlour on left. Stair projection to rear with C19 outshuts
to rear left and right. Circa C19 outbuilding added on left hand end.
Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical 3-window front. C19 panelled door with
slate hood flanked by two probably late C19 4-pane sashes which have dressed stone
arches and narrow slate strings above. Three probably late C19 4-pane sashes on
first floor. Datestone IK

Plank door on ground and first floor of outbuilding on left.
Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams in right hand room. The fireplace is blocked by a
Rayburn stove but the owners state that the surround is complete and the fireplace
has two cloam ovens. Left hand room and first floor not inspected.
