Terraced house circa 1770, altered circa 1840. Stuccoed facade. Slated mansard
roof above balustraded parapet. 4 storeys plus basement and attic mansard.
3 bays. Square headed pilastered entrance to rusticated ground floor. Square-
headed windows, sashed except to first floor, which have French casements;
plate glass. Balcony to first floor with wrought iron balustrade. First and
second floor windows jlastered with cornices; centre windows at these levels
also with segmental pediments; architraves to third floor windows; 2 square
headed dormer windows. Bracketed cornice above third floor; balustraded parapet.
Interior retains original staircase with wrought iron balustrade with inset
decorative wrought iron panels; reeded doorcases with lion head masks; marble
fireplaces; decorative plaster cornices, etc.
