Public House. C15 and C19 Timber framed and plastered with clay plain tiled gable roofs.
Parallel ranges, that to the west is C19 with various casement windows; the C15 east range
has sashes and casements, large red brick stack and catslide tiled roof to east. This range
is a jettied crosswing of the first half of the C15 with an inserted C16 stack. The roof has
a cross quadrate crown post with arched braces,collar purlin and collars. Floor joists to
jettied end, now underbuilt, have central tenons into the bridging joist.
