Earlier-mid C19 (after 1834) villa. 3 storeys. Double-fronted with 3 windows.
Hipped Welsh slate roof. Rendered front with rusticated quoins and plain eaves
band. Recessed sash windows; blank centre windows. Round-arched doorway with rusticated,
splayed surround; fanlight with arched Gothick lights; modern door.
