Barn. Dated JP (or R?) 1758 on tablet with moulded cornice. Ironstone ashlar
front with Uppingham stone quoins, remainder rubble. Corrugated iron roof,
formerly thatched, left gable with stone coping and moulded kneeler. 4 bays.
Cart entry between bays 2 and 3, with corrugated iron sliding door and glazing
above. High 2-light leaded casement to right of entry. Stable door to left with
flat stone arch, keyblock and date plaque above. Loft door below eaves to far
left. Also to left are 2 small lean-to extensions, one of C20 brick, the other
of stone with pantile roof. Vent slits and blocked door in rear wall. Tie beam
and collar trusses.
