An early-mid C19 stuccoed house with end pilasters and a C20 addition at the
north-east end in the same style as the original. The original block has 5
window range on the south-east front and 4 window range on the south-west. The
addition has 2 window range on the south-east front and 1 window range on the
north-east end. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain
reveals and segmental heads. A raised stucco band extends across the front
between the storeys. A Tuscan portico projects on the front, with plain columns and
a cornice hood. Roof slate, hipped, with a wide overhanging eaves on brackets.
