Formerly part of No 17. Rebuilt earlier C19. 3 storeys. 2 windows. Hipped Welsh
slate roof with dentil eaves cornice. Slate-hung, timber-framed front with string
at 1st floor level. Architraved sash windows with glazing bars. Brick faced ground
floor with recessed segmental-arched sash windows. Good wooden doorcase with panelled
pilasters carrying entablature with dentil cornice; square-headed doorway with rectangular
fanlight and raised and fielded panel door. (M Laithwaite).
