Studios in former chapel. c 1830 - 40, built as the Connaught Chapel (Congregational).
Stucco faced, brick side; slate roof. Portico front. 2 storeys. 5 bays wide with
central tetrastyle pedimental portico. Semicicular arched central doorway with
keystone and radial patterned fanlight. Windows altered. Giant Corinthian columns
to portico and pilastered flanking bays. Entablature and pediment surmounted by
large square pedestal. Altered side elevation. Included for group value only.
