Earlier-mid C19. 3 storeys and semi-basement. Main 3 window front on south side
to Bank Lane, 1 window to High Street and bowed 1 window corner treatment. Hipped
Welsh slate roof with projecting bracketed eaves. Stucco front. Recessed, architraved
sash windows with glazing bars and keys with medusa medallions. Prostyle Ionic
portico; architraved doorway with panelled reveals, rectangular fanlight and raised
and fielded panel door approached by steps. Area with cast iron railings. Double-
fronted shop to street with pilasters carrying entablature with dentil cornice;
shop window with columnette mullions.
