Late C18/early C19. Rendered facade modern pantiled roof. Three storeys. Two windows. First floor has canted bays with cornices, generally late C19 glazing, wrought-iron shop name sign projects from facade. Ground floor has C19 double shop front with centre and outer pilasters with fluted bases, cornice, architrave and end consoles. Side doors.
Nos. 36 and 38 and The Baptist Chapel form a group.
